Tired but happy

Mr H returns from a week long training camp. Everything hurts. He wants to laugh but at the same time impress upon us the incredulity that he felt.

Sounds like they had a great time. Badminton players from Canada, France, UK and Denmark were all put through their paces. Mr H has never been on a course of such a high standard.

We're glad he's back all in one piece.
