The Ornamental Pear

Last spring, I planted a tall
twig.........of the ornamental
pear family---[No edible pears, just a flowering pear tree in spring.  All summer it did little, but now this coming spring I patiently await to see if it survived the winter.  In the meantime, I am taking a glass fusion class. [I love working in glass]  In my
photo, you will see an ornamental
pear and a glass basket I made.
