Opposites

Poor little A was so distraught this morning when I dropped him off at nursery. He's officially moved into the toddler room which I'm happy about, but he is far from happy with this new situation. He's such a loving, sensitive little boy. He loves familiarity and routine. And he loves his mummy 'duddles'.
P on the other hand has always been so much more socially confident. She was never fazed by nursery, play groups or school. She would go off happily in most situations with or without me. My two monkeys are so different in some ways.

Needless to say once he had calmed down it appears he had a good day. Although when I asked him about it this evening he told me very firmly "No big boy room mummy!" Closely followed by "mummy duddles?" I'll get them in whilst I can.
