Blue with cold

I'm getting colder and colder.
I do hope our heating oil arrives today - we've had no heating since last Thursday, except for the log burner in the sitting room.
It was 13 degrees this morning. Brrrrr. IN the house I mean. (Especially as a week ago we were in 34 degrees of sunshine.)
We've been talking about it at work, and have been reminiscing about the days when we used to have ice inside the windows, and we had to get dressed in bed as the floor was so cold, and the cream froze on the milk and popped out of the bottles left on the doorstep, and the blue tits then pecked at the cream.
Those were the days.................
