First Steps

Although I am a musician by trade, I've never pushed the kids into following suit. They are certainly very musical, both of them sing well, and have been involved with performing in one way or another since they were tiny tots, but they've never expressed more than a passing interest in any of the gazillion instruments spread liberally throughout the house.

Until this week that is. When the eldest has come back from school full of beans because he's worked out a few bars of Für Elise on the piano, and is buzzing to learn more. 

So here we go... the first steps on a never ending journey. (Don't let me catch those wrists dropping).
