Shetland 8 Eshaness
Another misty morning - this was after it cleared. But we could see some great coastal scenery, volcanic rocks, huge boulders thrown up to the top of the cliffs by the sea, blowholes, and a loch with a broch and 5 whooper swans. Great walk; very quiet (apart from the noise of the sea, oystercatchers and wheatears) when we started out, lots of people appearing by the time we got back to the lighthouse - the last lighthouse designed by a member of the Stevenson family, completed in 1929.
