Blurry Blip

We found a cheese shop in Cromarty.

I bought a bit of Lanark Blue, a bit of Galloway ewe's milk and a piece of Dutch hard goat's cheese.

The package containing the Dutch one is labelled "old goat". I wasn't sure how to take that. A shorthand description of the product or of the customer?

Anyway, all three are wonderful. In the Blip they are coming up to room temperature ready for breakfast. If you look closely you'll see that the blue one is ready to run away by itself.
