Bees

This evening, B and I donned bee keeping gear (and very fetching it was too). Man, it was hot in there! It must have been around 27 degrees C last night and we were completely togged up. The bees were busy doing their bee thing and it was very busy in there.

B had given me the best gear so I didn't get stung. He got stung 4 times but seems pretty used to it and so didn't suffer too much. I felt pretty nervous at first but soon relaxed.

Most of my shots were pretty rubbish but I got a few half decent ones. I did have two shots up here but on reflection, this is my favourite one. It seems it was also a hit with some of you so thanks for those comments. :)

I have a pot of yummy honey sitting next to me. Yum.
