The snowline
We woke to wet weather again - but the forecast was for a dry period mid morning before very wet resumed.
Sure enough the rain stopped and the sky briefly brightened - I'm making an effort to reward Pushka's renewed vigour - so we headed up onto Little Asby Common and had a stomp around the fells. Looking South towards Wild Boar Fell the sky was ominous with a clear forewarning of what was to come - but what struck me most was the arrow straight appearance of the snowline across the fell - finally learning the lessons of blip opportunities lost to deteriorating weather (i.e. get it when you can) I snapped this shot - then we too made a straight line back to the car - just ahead of the rain.
& aptly to Philosophy Friday;
Life is not about waiting for the storm to pass, its about learning to dance in the rain.
