Insane...

For the last month...off and on...Es has been doing the Insanity exercise programme. She wants to get fit.

Her brother joined her in her exertions this evening. This is her explaining to me that his form needs worked on :-)

I'm just pleased she has moved the exercise room downstairs...her father was going crazy when she was jumping up and down in her bedroom for 40 minutes of an evening...baby elephants might have been quieter!
