Snow on Blencathra.

Clickychick left for the studio at 8:25.  By 8:30 she had phoned and the gist of the message was "If you want a good shot get out to see Blencathra NOW!  It is looking fabulous".

By 8:40 I was parked at one of my favourite "viewpoints" close to home.  She was right it was looking wonderful.  However it looked as if the sunshine wouldn't last  I took my shots and headed back home for a warm up - it was very very cold.

It did cloud over but by lunch time the sun was back and I spent the rest of the afternoon starting on putting right the ravages of the December Storm.  It promises to be a long job.
