Chocolate minty balls

Today was baking day as we had to make a cake for camp. As well as the main cake we ventured into the land of cake pops on M's request. I still can't get the coating right, so no pop today (or ever I think). However they do make a nice ball and the minty chocolate added a nice twist as well. I have a vague idea that I can turn these into mini Christmas puddings at Christmas, perhaps using a spicy cake and brandy buttercream for the inside.
