Another bird pic

I have had th camera on remote control as I watched th cricket. Did a bit better today (see extra as well) but not seen my wood pecker return yet.

End of a week where recuperation has been top of the list. Well it's going well, off the heavy painkillers now and though a little tired I think it's getting back to normal, well normalish in my case. My daughter comes up tonight and tomorrow we go out for an annual meal at the same restaurant. This will be our fifth year there and usually I mark it with a photo.
