12 hours of continuous rain in the Midlands, it was enough to make you emigrate.

Finally the rain relented and allowed a few minutes in the garden. Nothing exciting but at least at this time of year the "summer" does provide some subject matter.

I was almost ready to start shooting smoke trails!
