Making a spectacle

One of the frustrations of (ahem) ripening in years is that I need to have a pair of specs wherever I am - I cannot even read recipes or instructions on food packets these days without a little magnification! So I have acquired a few pairs of glasses, some on prescription when they were on a buy-one-get-one free deal and another couple of pairs of simple reading glasses that I picked up quite cheaply. So I now find I have a pair on my desk at work, a pair (or two) in my bag, another pair by the bed and a pair on my desk at home...sigh.

After my feeble exercise effort yesterday, I redeemed myself today by swimming for 45 minutes without a break (shines halo). Dance class again tomorrow...
