Under the arches

The water is still quite high along The Wey...whenever the water rises above the platform under these arches you know to be on the lookout. Forecast is okay - just a cold blast heading our way rather than too much more rain.

Coming home from work tonight it was freezing - light rain but very windy and bitterly cold, so could not face heading out again to the gym. Hence, I could be found at home running up and down the stairs a few times (until I was breathless) followed by a 15 minute blast on the static exercise bike. Who needs gym clothes? I simply hoiked up my skirt, gradually discarding scarf and cardigan as I got warmer! That'll do me for today I'm afraid.

P.S. In my defence, I did make low-GL mini pancakes that I served with lemon juice and just a little agave syrup (pancakes made with organic soya milk, buckwheat flour, organic flour and a free range egg...if you're interested).
