One red leaf

The sun came out this afternoon so I snapped this leaf on the way home from work. Unfortunately I have injured my right arm / shoulder and I am finding most simple moves difficult. Clearly I was not following manual handling guidelines this morning, but I think the damage was caused by lifting a piece of equipment. As is so often the case, at the time, the injury did not register.

So I an back in bed eating soup, watching Netflix
And rubbing on pain relief gel. I am annoyed that I have had to cancel my blood donation tomorrow because, since the service was privatised (though nominally still part of the NHS) it has become almost impossible to re book an appointment within ten weeks. This despite pleading phone calls from call centres in NI and advertising campaigns for new donors...
