I threw myself into helping with the yard work most of the morning but thankfully I was able to break away just in time to make the 4th of July party at Sam's. I had an enthralling conversation with a gentleman who just spent the past 5 years living in India. We discussed the economic situation in India as well as history of trading and British control. All was fine until we as a large group decided to transit to The Broadmoor for an evening stroll around the lake. I will say this was one of the most peculiar 4ths I've ever had. Because of the disastrous fires the state has a serious firework ban. Thus, no fireworks were seen all day. Instead I spent my time discussing Noah's previous dealings with the mob in NYC. Random...
