Post disco Anna

You were going to get the pre version but I like the post one better. The picture, not the child. Though the post one is considerably less screamy and loud. Possibly helped by the absence of the two friends who came around after school for three hours of getting ready excitedness. Not that I can really complain about that as I escaped the loudest of it by being at work and only captured the tail end.

I think the work thing went okay. Most importantly it went and I can move into the what do I need to get done to be ready to go on holiday mode. Only 4 more sleeps until sunshine feels a little surreal.

J was a little more tired than he has been today but managed a good session with his physio who says she can see some real improvements. And has given him some beach based exercises!
