Pancakes

Tonight's dinner could only call for one thing; PANCAKES!!!

Tim is our pancake king and we go for a crepe variety to maximise on toppings! Tim is a man of habit and sticks to his normal cinnamon sugar and lemon. I on the other hand wanted some savoury and some sweet! The picture you can see is my 'main course' of pancake topped with mozzarella, garlic mushrooms and pancetta. My pudding was also a pancake but this time topped with caramelised banana!

Tonight definitely makes up for last night! Pure happiness in Edinbirgh tonight!
