Cheesy title I know........and literally a thumbnail ;-)

What an absolutely dreadful day, blowing a gale, torrential rain all day, Imogen has a lot to answer for!!! The only time we've ventured out was just for a paper, nearly lost our hats, way to windy for a brolly!!!!

I thought I'd have another bash at Mono Monday, hosted by MrsLinda, whose chosen subject today is "pure transition"!

Had me thinking initially, but this shot of youngest granddaughter, Isabella, seemed to me, to fit the bill perfectly.

What is more pure than a sleeping baby?! It is said that children do all their growing whilst sleeping, which is definitely their transition periods, don't you agree?? ;-/

Dinner yesterday with sis and BiL was a success, as is our new taps, and fixed cupboard doors :-). I was looking for something to do this afternoon......baked some scones, we've had to test them, very nice and light, with butter and cherry jam :-)

Grilled gammon, mushrooms, tomatoes, peas and egg for dinner.....no carbs due to the scones!!
