Maisie and the Gum Tree

Another day, another adventure. This morning Keith, Maisie and I drove to the Taylor Dam. There we walked a new route for both Keith and Maisie. First we climbed up a track onto the dam structure itself and down the other side. There we walked a track along the toe of the dam. Maisie was fascinated with the bark on an old bluegum tree. It was difficult getting her to pose for the camera. In the end Keith hid behind the tree and waggled his Leki Stick through the trunk to attract and hold her attention. We finished our walk along the top of the dam itself and back down to ground level.
This evening we attended week two of the puppy training class. Maisie is doing quite well compared with some of her more lively and disobedient classmates. She is nicely tired tonight.
