Scudding Clouds

There was half a chance for a good sunrise this morning.  More than enough for me to drive out to the nearby canal in the expectation of sunshine.  Regrettably the weather conspired against me again and despite some gaps in the clouds the colours remained resolutely grey, save for a hint of colour in the far distance.

I decided to try out the Lee Filters Little Stopper resulting in a 2 minutes exposure.  I was a little surprised how still the reeds remained in the canal for such a long exposure.
