That time of year

Well it's that time of year where every shop in town is overloaded with Christmas decorations and tidings of good will....And....yes, I did get sucked into buying a little Christmas tree.

At 30cms high, it's a monster! But when you're leaving the country in 6 weeks, something easily disposed-of is a good idea ;-)

Today (Monday...this is a back-blip) I handed in my resignation from work. My boss is (conveniently) in a 3 hour sales meeting this morning, so he has yet to recieve my letter......will see how he reacts after lunch.

Fingers crossed there are no tantrums.
