This is Australia

Low cloud, mist and rain have almost hidden the distant mountains today, but all was not lost with this beautiful view.

The fields of green, standing out prominently on the floor of the valley, grow sugar cane, one of the major industries in the Tweed Valley area.

Before the cane is harvested, the surrounding scrub is burnt, usually at night, blazing orange fire and a golden glow across the darkened skies.

This is Australia....
