Pride comes before a fall
I'm back from A&E with a knee splint and have been told not to weight bear my leg for 48 hours
How can one do that when I've lots of steps and stairs and need to feed myself etc?
There are no broken bones but muscle and ligament damage
I'm annoyed that I fell again (in Asda on a bust Friday morning of all places)
But the pain meds have kicked in :-)
