Bradley Wiggins broke Rule #15 and Rule #14 yesterday but I think the rules have acquired a new exception.

My colleague got knocked off his bike this morning but is okay. We could do with the cycling resurgence in this country resulting in a bit more respect from other road users.

In fact, I'd argue, in city centres, for the relegation of vehicle drivers to the bottom of the priority pecking order.
