Fixing my Joints

So, these.

These are my new shoes. My Merrell Tough Gloves arrived today. They have the same Vibram sole as my Trail Gloves, with no cushioning, and no drop from heel to toe. I anticipate therefore that they should feel much better than the clompy work shoes I've been wearing. That's even just walking, but they'll be good for running to or from work when I feel like it as well.

And ... My Pentax lens dropped a tiny screw. Whoopsie. Still seems to work though.
