Snow Band

We are now in a series of snow bands.....chunks of snow storms that drop a load here and there. The east foothills and Sapphire Mountains caught quite a few bands today. This small squall is right over Downing Mountain on the Bitterroot side. Nothing falling on the valley floor until the weekend during our art show. That's sometimes good as the storms keep people close to home and they do local fetes. One year, we got almost 2 feet of snow....plowed the parking area 3 or 4 times and people came in droves. The February Funk of the mid-winter blahs brings them out to any fun occasion. Our art parties are definitely fun!
