Black-winged Stilt(adult)

This is an adult Black-winged Stilt, notice the bright red eyes, the pure white and black plumage and the very bright pink legs. This bird may well raise a family here as they are a breeding resident, I saw the sweet chicks last year so I'll be on the look out for them. I love the reflection this bird is casting in the clear water of Al Ansab weir pond.
