Meet Bella

I often meet Bella and her owner John around the estuary or the Sanctuary Ponds. Bella is a Shetland Sheltie from memory. Correct me if I'm wrong.
I have blipped John before but not Bella. John takes on dogs whose owners have died or gone into a rest home. He walks them for miles and must be well into his 80's.
My maternal grandmothers name was Isabella but called Bella so I have no trouble remembering this Bella when we meet.She is quite shy just like my grandma.
