Cicada- could be sleeping?

No, I'm afraid it is dead.
I found it on the footpath when I was walking down to the neighbours the other day. The ants had started in on it and as I was shaking them off one of the wings broke at the abdomen. I carried on and the neighbour said I have some superglue we can put it back on - which we did.
The legs were so brittle I didn't want to risk trying to stand it upright on blue tack so I have left it lying back, dead to the world.
I thought it had lost its antenna but they only have short ones so they are there.
