Groundhogs and Kittens

February 2nd is Groundhog Day here in North America. The ground hog is suppose to peek out and tell us if we will have an early spring or 6 more weeks of winter on whether he sees his shadow or not. Wiarton Willie, an albino groundhog in northern Ontario did see his shadow, so more winter to come here but Punxsutawney Phil in the U.S.A. did not see his shadow. As I was trying to set up my groundhog display, kitten Sophie had to make sure I was doing it right! No shadows here in the living room!
