Challenged by chard

My veg. box contained three large heads of chard this week (making up somewhat for the pathetic crop in my own veg. patch). I've used them whole in smoothies, just the leaves as wraps, and then thought, now what?

Well, I blanched them, and then tossed in sprouted chickpeas, tomatoes, olives, garlic, chili and lemon juice. Very enjoyable.
