This afternoon I went to look for lambstail catkins but they are still tight so instead I just enjoyed walking along the nearby lanes looking for animal tracks in the snow but they were too insignificant to post on blip.  I tried to shelter during a heavy snow shower hoping that no branches would fall on me in the gale force winds and in this photo it is possible to see the falling snow (looking like white dots)  The extra is a view across a stubble field with a snow cloud appearing in the distance.
