Gertrude

Day off bit I still spent some time on work emails.
I'd been awake since before 3 as Gertrude battered the roof. I feared for my chimneys. They were ok but the outdoor furniture cover had disappeared never to be seen again.

Then Glasgow by bus through heavy rain and wind. A very convivial evening with friends in advance of tomorrow's Celtic Connections. Y's new kitchen is amazing.

And good news from #2 son. Thanks to 'Star Wars' his offer has been accepted. The lodger moves! But what about Molly?
