Visitors From the North

These two kids used to be Merrick's neighbors in Michigan. But, then they moved to Florida a couple of years ago, so we only get to see them when we are on vacation.

We went to the beach, although it was only 62F (16C). It took Merrick about 5 minutes to be knocked over by a wave, and get completely drenched. Alex (the one in the orange shirt) dug the big hole for Merrick and his sister to climb in. Then, we all went out to dinner at Cracker Barrel.

The osprey was enjoying a late fish lunch.
