Auckland skyline

Today we have travelled back to Auckland from the Bay of Islands and this time we are in a beautiful hotel on the other side looking over to the SkyTower - it looked lovely from our balcony on the 19th floor in the evening sun.
Delightful Takapuna beach just a short walk away - friends back home telling us about storm Gertrude and we are watching people swimming in the sea in the early evening - I don't want to go home!
