Blocked

Day3 of the week from hell.

We have a blockage in the drains from both the kitchen and utility room. Water does drain away eventually, but the rate is now so slow that using the washing machine triggers a flood.
Turns out the blockage is in a place that is extremely difficult to get at - under the floorboards in the kitchen.
