Good morning public holiday!
The 5th anniversary of the Egyyptian revolution. Everything is quiet and calm. Scarily so. I fear people are too scared to protest. Or is it apathy now and lack of hope?
We had a quiet day in with one ear listening out for cascaded security messages from work. We ventured out early evening for a bite to eat in Zamelek. We handed in a pressie of chocs to the owner of the Korean restaurant, where Bb had an incident with a left laptop last night, which had our hearts racing! Thank goodness for bowabs (doormen of buildings) who tend to know the telephone numbers of owner restaurants, where they live and aren't scared to call them at any hour!
