Leftover flat souffle

S made a batch of basil muffins that didn't rise to the occassion. We had some leftover courgettes from last night's flatti chicken. I slapped it all together with some fresh eggs kindly supplied by the Ladies. Wow! Tasted liked it was a regular recipe.
