Dunwich flattie

What a wonderful day, supposed to rain and thunder. Nothing at all. We had tea in Holbrook, a short walk around Dunwich heath, cream tea at the tea room, back home and I put a flattie chicken in the oven. We had spuds and courgettes from the garden. Great meal with a good wine (First Cape Pinotage).
