Jonas

Ok, Jonas is a blizzard alright! >65 cm of snow in a single day! It made the city look and feel like a fairytale winter wonderland - at least the bits that were still visible. Here's the view along the East River when we went for a walk this afternoon. A good moment for this, because cars were banned from the streets (see extra for a rare view of our street and a covered car) and pedestrians took over everywhere! Real 'pea-soup-weather' (snertweer), so that's what we ate, before hosting a spontaneous games nights. Of course the storm has been really harsh on many people and our thoughts are with them, but secretly I personally didn't mind Jonas' visit ;)
