Flagrantly flouting laws against feeding seagulls

There are  signs about leaving nature to take care of itself and  not feeding pigeons and seagulls - despite being THE Green City of Europe last year Bristol must be one of the worst for litter dropping and the birds take advantage of that and the black rubbish bags too.  This woman was so sure of herself she dragged a bag of food across the green right in front of the City Hall!  There is a £2500 fine posted but you can bet your bottom dollar nobody has ever been had up and had to pay it.
