Day 25: 10k easy

Ahead of target

First run on Foreign soil for a while saw me sticking to the main road on a wee circuit round Ambleside. Some cracking trail running about here but not really suitable for my early morning forays while the kids are still asleep.

I'm not sure if this is fact or not but it seems that it is much darker here than back home. I forgot to pack my head torch. So it's either bite the bullet and buy one from one of the several ridiculously overpriced outdoor shops within walking distance from my house or bite the billet and stick to the lit main roads for the week. Decisions, decisions, decisions.......

Weather dry, temperature extremely mild, breakfast: Green tea and porridge
