Sunday Night in Salamanca
Slowly making our way to Mora... So much to show and tell... bright sunshine, snow-covered mountains, misty pine trees, shining rivers...
Late lunch in Tordesilhas - extra shows the building where the treaty was signed that divided South America between Portugal and Spain.
And now we are in Salamanca - the Plaza Mayor is supposedly the most beautiful in Spain - just after I took this, the illuminations came on - magical. And the crowds strolling around - why do we not build our cities around squares like this in Britain?? Not the weather - it would look even more magical in the snow, surely.
