A little bit of help from my friend

Coco decided to help with the jigsaw. I was making slow progress, but later on the family came and they got absorbed in it too so it has come a long way since this photo was taken.

The family came to celebrate grandson George's birthday which was on Friday. We booked to have an Indian buffet lunch locally. When we got there the restaurant was mostly curtained off and there were builders working the other side. There were plenty of tables laid but nobody else turned up, and there was no sign of a buffet, just a limited menu. So disappointing, but it was too late to make other arrangements. They shouldn't have accepted our booking! We won't be going there again.
