Lincoln imp

There is no connection with the city of Lincoln in my family, so I have no idea where this heavy brass door stop came from. The mischievous Lincoln Imp perches on top, a replica of those that can be found all over Lincoln, in the cathedral and even, I believe, on the badge of the football team.
The temperature has risen again and I spent some time in the garden, just tidying up, but it was good to be out there.
