Ivory Towers, Bloody Flowers

So sad. I've been tidying the garden, cutting back rain battered foliage and blooms. Alchemilla Mollis flat to the floor, Lupins snapped off and poor, bruised, roses.

Unfortunately, I've been a little indiscriminate in my hacking and I found this little beauty on top of the bucket. A mistake and no mistake.
