Survey Day

Our end of our road has a good proportion of 'houses of multiple occupancy' with some of them having five or more occupants, mostly students and most of them have cars.
There is simply not enough road space for the number of vehicles.
One of Cornwall County Councils proposals is resident parking permits but unless you are going to restrict the number of permits per house I don't see how that will solve anything.
I completed the online survey today but don't expect a solution anytime soon.
